Quitter!

I quit smoking 2 years ago today!

In honor of my smoke-free anniversary,  here is a list of things you can do instead of smoking a cigarette:

  • Bake a cake
  • Eat a peach
  • Pet a kitty
  • Squeeze a baby (but not too hard)
  • Smell a flower

And here are some pretty things to look at instead of smoking a cigarette:








Oh, and feel free to buy me presents today.  I deserve it!  :)

  1. Seriously congrats on reaching 2 years!!! You have so much more will power than me. I always manage a few weeks, but if I have a drink I find it too hard not to smoke. So now I'm down to not smoking, unless I get drunk :/

    I actually had to quit drinking too when I quit smoking. And quit drinking coffee. And stop listening to loud music in the car. Those were my triggers.

    But I think that's awesome that you are able to not smoke even just some of the time. Every little bit helps. Keep trying - you'll get it eventually!! :)
