African Violets...and a Pendant Giveaway!

I bought a pink African Violet at the grocery store last night. It's going to live on my dining room table. I hope my cats don't eat it.

My plant needs a name though. Maybe I'll be less likely to kill it if I give it a name and treat it like a pet.

Devon says we should call it "Violet." Uh, boring.

But I can't think of anything better so I need your help.

----------CONTEST IS CLOSED 5/8/09----------

  5. I had a great-aunt named Violet who everyone called "Tiny"-I think the nickname was derived from the "shrinking violet" thing-but she was anything but tiny-anyhow-call your plant Tiny and perhaps like my great-aunt Tiny, she will grow.:-D
